Dr. Ela Gupta

Dr. Ela Gupta is an expert and professional Counseling Psychologist at CONSULTPYSCHOLOGIST. She has obtained a professional degree in psychology from Delhi University and specializes in counseling for the better future for adolescents (Age 11 to 18). She has done her Doctorate with a thesis on IMPACT OF BEHAVORIAL INTERVENTION ON PERFORMANCE SELF ESTEEM AND SCHOOL ADJUSTMENT ON ADOLSCENTS. Dr. Ela Gupta has been practicing counseling for the last 10 years taking dynamic messages to various educational institutions and various NGO’s. In an attempt to adhere to the growing psychological needs and mental health issues of the diverse population and difficult age group, she has started CONSULTPSYCHOLOGIST. She aims to facilitate and aid people to create a healthier lifestyle mentaly, through behavior modification and core transformation with psychological therapies and sessions in any media format, be it through telephone, Videos, Blogs, Online Chats or just face to face.

Dr. Ela Gupta has extensive experience of conducting life-skills workshops for parents, teachers, students, etc, addressing and sensitizing concerns of teenage issues pertaining to mental health for renowned public and government schools, through effective communication and un-bowing leadership. She has also held workshops for skill development targeted to management institutes for stress management, relaxation training and overall wellness program for the individuals present in those institutes.

Over the vast duration of her career Dr. Ela Gupta has featured in many articles published in newspapers as an expert psychologist guiding the readers through various mental and social issues, and also replying to various queries of the people all around with unique and perfect solutions.

Dr. Ela Gupta has done this all while raising two boys on her own and reaching new levels. She is a dedicated mother and a professional who understands the requirements of her clients and acts accordingly.
